Missing Meteor
i think our meteor glitched out, because we checked both left and right sides and found nothing.
has this happened to anyone else?

In my last playthrough my 2 first meteorites fell on the sky islands ._. That was pretty frustrating.

Also check the tops of any giant trees, or even...maybe the ocean? I'm sure these two are pretty rare though, but why not. Man if I ever found a tree hit by a meteorite, I'd keep it for display :D

I've also seen meteors spawn inside of corrupt chasms, too. If your world has 'em, check 'em.
