Tmodloader trouble
i accidentally enabled all my mods and reloaded and it causes the game to crash and now it won't start as the mods are still enabled, is there a way to disable the mods without having to uninstall them, tmodloader or the game?

I believe I heard somewhere that holding shift while loading tModLoader's Terraria will disable all mods, but I'm not really sure. Something I do know you can do, although it's harder, is to cut and paste all of the of .tmod files out of the mod folder (the location of the mod fold for me is Documents > My Games > Terraria > ModLoader > Mods) and to paste them into another folder temporary till you boot up Terraria. Then you just need to paste them back and make sure they're disable.

Yes, there is (at least on windows). If you're on mac, I don't know if this works the same on mac or even if the folders are the same.

Step 1: Go into your My Games folder, either by the search bar or finding it through your libraries.
Step 2: Go into the Terraria folder.
Step 3: Go into ModLoader
Step 4: Go into the Mods folder
Step 5: In the mods folder, there is a JSON file called enabled.json. Open it. (If it comes up with an error, see bottom of comment)
Step 6: Delete all of the text except for the the [ and ]. If you delete the square brackets, tModLoader will crash on startup.
Step 7: Save the file and you're good to go! Just open tModLoader and all of the mods should still be there, but they will all be disabled.

Keep in mind that this was for windows, and you'll have to look elsewhere for help with mac or another OS.

*If you can't open the .json file, right click it, select Open with... and click notepad.
