Thorium mod issues

so i cant make a world with thorium mod because it always ends up stuck at Aquatic depths smoothing water or something like that.

maybe something to do with the sphorus ocean or the hole in the ocean, try reinstalling terraria

me and my friend found out that the problem was just one of the mods that we had installed
