Report a translation problem
Only play one content mod at once. Unless you are sure that those mods won't interact at all in any meaningful way. For example, Weapons Out mod or More Chest Loot are both rather well integrated with the base game, and they don't anything that's disruptive to other mods. But Thorium and Calamity will definitely step on each others toes, I played them together so I know from experience.
Play them separately. This way you'll fully experience both of them, and won't run into a situation where, for example, calamity weapons and accessories are making everything else bad, or vice versa.
