Bundle of Balloons (and three more stray balloons)

Is it just me, or is it a little odd how only the Cloud in a Balloon, Blizzard in a Balloon and Sandstorm in a Balloon can make a Bundle of Balloons? I mean, at this point we have three more balloons in the game: the Fart in a Balloon, the Sharkron Balloon and the Honey Balloon. That feels like another Bundle of Balloons to me.
