Hey, there. I'm assuming it's 'Party Time'?

You drank a flask of something-or-other (I forget the name).
To get rid of it, you must look just below your *closed* inventory slots.
Then, you can right-click the boxed effect.
I believe that also goes along with any other flask, potion, mount, and pet. Unfortunately, it doesn't work with curses.

Also, presumably, the confetti only effect melee weapons? I'm not %100 on that though.
