Optic Staff or Pygmy Staff

Im trying to figure out which one to use in my summoner playthrough. a lot of people say optics is better but ive noticed that its attacks are kinda slow but it does have 2 minion (is the damage split between them) , where a pygmy is fast and does a bit more damage, but sadly can not attack during flight.

pygmy i like more but optic staff is good too

the optic is good just reforge it but its true pygmy has good dps but if u want good mob control and such get optic and use pygmy for huge dps if ur fight bosses n such
