Is it possible to resummon bosses?

Im mostly intrested in spawning eye of cthulhu,brain of chtulhu and skeletron

Well of course. You just do the same process again. Except for Skeletron, you have to enter a different world to do him.

yes it is, you can find "Suspicious looking Eyes" in chests underground to summon EYE
you can make a Bloody Spine to summon Brain
and you can use a Clothier voodoo doll to make skeletron spawn again

The Clothier Voodoo Doll has a ~0.33% (1/300) chance to drop from an Angry Bones or Dark Caster in the Dungeon.

Skeletron isnt really a very good boss to kill more than once on any gamemode tho.

Pretty much all bosses are possible to respawn, just need the summon iten, for cthulhu you need some lens and a demon altar, (you can find those on crimson) for Brain, need so vertebraes and some crinson mushshroms to make a pownder and the altar. Skeletron its a special thing, need to find a voddo doll on dungeon of the clothtier, and use it to kill him, that should do it

the book isnt all its cracked up to be, as right inside the dungeon, are Water bolts and Aqua scepters, which are arguably better

Kill the clothier at night or otherwise he won't spawn.

get bloody spine 15 vertebra u have 2 be in crimson for cthulu ml get 20 of each celestial fragment and make celestial sigil for skeletron go in dungeon kill enemies til u get clothier voodoo doll equip it and youll be able to kill clothier and summon skeletron
