Is thorium and calamity compatible and is it balanced

For the most part, yes. However, Thorium will end before Calamity, so some of the weapons at the end of Thorium might make Calamity easier. Before Moonlord, it is balanced well.

Compatible? Yes. Ballanced? No. No two content mods are balanced against each other. There is gear in each mod that makes other mod's content irrelevant or much easier.

Use only one content mod at a time. Always. Unless you don't care about balance.

@DaBa i think that thorium sometimes can release the biggest update that will add so much post moonlord content like calamity has(like lots of bosses and items plus healer, bard and thrower items)

calamity is not balanced on its own
