clorophylite bullets causes lag

i've turned everything to low to prevent it yet i still get lag when ever i'm using the bullet with certain calamity mod weapons ( golden eagle and hailbult cannon ) ( and some other rapid fire weapons )

they only pierce.. those are good for crowd control and to beat large amounts of enemy's and when you're farming but not when you're bossing

so i was thinking of those as well but its more that ichor is better than luninite and cloro is better than both because of the homing in

Now to answer your question CharmingRax , turning down the graphics help a little , but if you use chlorophyte bullets on something like Halibut Cannon it will always lag because of the particles , I have a 1080ti and still drop to 10 fps when I use it , so I don't.

Because of that I avoid using Halibut Cannon (and because it's overpowered). Oh and if you still really want to use it with Chlorophyte Bullets I've noticed that if you shoot it close range it won't lag because the particles aren't as long

this really helped me due to the fact that i have to be closer to the target to use it . and that many others even with high end pc's are still lagging when they use it . so i know now that people who say : GET BETTER PC . can't say much because of their trollish comments.
