Some strange movement bug

I'm having kind of strange movement bug, which appeared after changing my PC to laptop.
Standart keybinds:
Up = W
Jump = Space
In my case "Up" key isn't working. I can freely move upwards by pressing "Jump" key and my Nebula Mantle works just fine. BUT, if I change binds to opposite (Up = Space, Jump = W) and start using "Jump" key instead of a normal "Up" key - my Nebula Mantle stops working properly (I can't speed up, but can fly as usual), as it does on a PC, when I press W + A/D + S. Anyone knows solution?

OC: Windows 10
Laptop Dell Inspiron 3576
Already tried:

• Re-installing the game
  
• Everything related to changing keybinds (including reset to default binds)
  
• Changing from fullscreen to windowed mode and backwards
  
• Rebooting my laptop
  
• Verifying integrity of game files
  
• Changing keyboard layout

UPD: After changing the bind for "Up" key to ANY other button, key still doesn't work as a movement bind, but works as a button for Activating Set Bonus, if I set so in the settings.

does this happen in other games such as minecraft or roblox?

I don't play those, but this doesn't happen in other games

Yes, in other cases "W" button works just fine. Check UPD to this post.

Strange......
If I were you, i would just swap Up to a different key, that isn't in use for other things but is still close to the movement keys (A + D, S is really only used for going down platforms)
Key like: R, F, Z, X, C, V, *tab* should work just as well as W

uhhhhhh, Now I don't know what to do......
It has never happened to me in my 1520 hours of playing terraria on steam
Hopefully, you can find a fix,
P.S: Try Pressing Down (S) While Flying.....
