Staue is not working
I have found a hornet statue pre-hardmode. i would like it to spawn hornets. i put it to a dart trap with a grey pressure plate but it does not spawn hornets.

Did you use wiring to hook up the statue to the plate? or just place them next to each other Minecraft-style?

The Hornet Statue doesn't spawn Hornets, no matter how you wire it up.
