Forbidden or adamantite armor?

Im a mage and I have to choose between the forbidden set and the adamantite set (with mage helmet)
Does anyone know what I should choose?

Forbidden. It covers manor and something else in the bonus set effect.

i'd do adamantite if you're going full on mage. if you're using summoner weapons and minions along with magic, i'd do forbidden.

Well im a full on mage so adamantite does sound better but I really like the dmg boost and set bonus of the forbidden armor

Forbidden can be seen as frost, but buffing mage and summoner instead of melee and ranged. While adamantite may be better on raw stats, these bring more flexibility as you can use 2 different types of weapons without one being much weaker, and also bring a unique set bonus as well. Your choice tho.

Im a mage and Im gonna fight mechanical bosses and I want the best armor. I have adamantite armor with 56 bars left which if I get a sandstorm, I can get the forbidden armor.
