Terraria mod: Thorium: Blood chamber's not appering?

So, i'm playing on my modded world, and im trying to find the blood chamber from the thorium mod, but the item that points you to it just leads me to random space. I've tried this in 3 worlds, but they all came back the same. Anyone got any tips to help?

i had the same problem twice, both times i dug quite a bit deeper and at some point the chamber appeared
