I just got the confused zombie to move in and he isn't selling the grim pointer. I looked it up on the official thorium wiki and it said it was always available but I dont see it. Do I have to wait for something to happen or just wait a certain amount of time? That's the only thing I can think of because when I tried to buy the enemy repellent he said to wait because he needed to concentrate.
