Kill the groom
I can’t get the blood moon the spawn in. I also want all the achievements.(damn you fishing) is there a server out there for me to spawn the groom?

I've only heard of certain commands to spawn enemies or mods like Cheat Sheet. Maybe you could consider using these.
Do mind that it is entirely your choice if you want to use this kind of 'cheat' to get yourself the achievements.

Nvm I got the achievement by standing afk for a hour. Thanks for the help anyway. Now time to fish 200 quests D:
