heart lanturn help needed

hi i was on terraria today about to build a massive arena for modded bosses and I wanted to include heart lanterns campfires and heart statues BUT I don't want solid blocks on the area so that if I'm running around and I run into it I could be attacked (especially for moonlord ) so I wanted to know if anyone knows of a block you can pass thru and place heart lanterns on modded or vanilla and mod needs to be on newest terraria version I don't like using older versions please help

just hammer out a single platform so that it aligns with the bottom of the tile, you can hang stuff on it that way.

you don't need a lot of vertical space to kill moonlord tho. a solid ceiling is a decent way to block some of his moves, if you position and time it right.

try placing blocks on the outside bottem and out to the side
this will allow you to MOSTLY not run into blocks

yeaaaaa um i used moonlord as en EXAMPLE not like the arena is made of it i made it for 90% of bosses but ill still try :/

are you in hardmode?
if no and your pretty far in but not hardmode
can i join
i got a character with some stuff but not allot

Use Vippix's toolbox mod. You can use the levitation wand to float the lantern in the air.

This works with banners and everything that hangs from the ceiling, but not heart lanterns for some reason.

I haven't played for a while, so I could be wrong, but I don't think I am.

THANK YOU the mod had flying blocks and if your fast you can place heart lanterns on them and then they poof but it stays
