Terraria - Syncing mods.

I dont know what this means and it stops at the calamity mod half way through.

That means that you tried joining a tModLoader server with different mods, whether it be missing a mod entirely, having an extra, or simply having the wrong version. Either way, tModLoader will try and download the modlist for you.
I’d recommend waiting while it does this; Calamity is a huge mod, and will probably take a while to download.

my mod completely uninstalls when i try to load it but when i try load it, it gets stuck at around 2/3 and then uninstalls.

septichp, thats whats happening with me, we have double check, triple checked that the mods are the same but It just does not want to work

had same problem, the issue was that some items in my character's inventory worked incorrectly, it got fixed when i cleared the inventory in single play
