NEED VITAMINS

I'm trying to make the ankh shield and the vitamins are giving me trouble, any advice as I have killed over 350 corruptors and nothing btw the world I play on I do with my friend in expert mode

Use a water candle so that span rates increase. That is pretty much the best thing you can do. (I think)

I never thought of that thanks, also are spawn rates increased on solar eclipses as well or is it just blood moon?

The wiki says "unique and difficult enemies spawn at very high rates" (for the solar eclipse) so I suppose it does. But I'm not sure.

I don't want that I want to get it myself as terraria isn't about the actual getting of the item, while it may be useful the real enjoyment of the game shows when you finally get the item you have worked so hard for so thanks for the offer but no thanks.

i got some from killing a few "floaty gross" enemies in the underground crimson biome

I find that the Vitamin drop is much more common killing Courruptors underground. Make sure it's Corruptors that you are killing and not "Eater of Souls" as they do not drop the Vitamins.

I have corruptions and am too lazy to make a new world and get it to hardmode so floaty gross are out and thanks I figured they might be more common underground but I wasn't sure
