Calamity legendary weapon problem.

I am having some... troubles with the Calamity mod legendary weapons, the SHPC to be exact. it seems that somehow it is not increasing in damage, even after beting both DoG and Yharon. Any clue why?

Legendary weapons don't scale anymore (its been like a year since they've scaled)

I believe since the 1.3 update, they nerfed the legendary weapons so that they don’t scale anymore.

That would be stupid. THey can only drop from their respective bosses, and when I got the SHPC from the destrroyer it only dealt 26 dammage. 26! That is too little for that point in the game.

Legendary weapons are pretty ironically normally worse than other weapons of their tier. Briny Baron is a good example, both the regular and right-click attack are significantly weaker in terms of DPS than Lucrecia, Flairon and the Soul Harvester. At least it was last time I played, despite being so much less common.

Not to mention they've recently all their drop rate lowered to 1% (from 5%) so if the "buffs" they received are actually true, I hope they're substantial buffs. Briny Baron in particular needs it.

Well, the JoostMod legendaries aare better anyways. Just that they dont scale with the Calamity bosses, so most if not all of them become obsolete after DoG, or myybe Yharon.

I think that it is sort of sad to spend so much time into getting these kind of "legendary" weapons. And then just finding out that other simple weapons are a lot better, I mean I would atleast like to think they would be a slight useful for fighting endgame bosses. In my eyes the only legendary worth trying to farm for is the cosmic discharge, because it has good buffs and deals a significant amount damage compared to the other legendaries.

I wish they scaled again... they added a bunch of new legendary weapons and it would be cool to see them scale, but oh well...
