best mod?

i have the tmodloadre thing... but i seen N terraria is its own standalone.. now im in a pickle..? what is the best mod ever? can i combine tmodloader and n terraria and other standalonians?
and is n terria mp? i want mp freidnly.

There are currently 2 mods on top, that perfectly complement each other, it is Thorium + Calamity. And of course, if you want make your gameplay through these mods more pleasant, you will need some boss health bar, recipe browser, max stack+ and boss cheklist too. Just trust me, you don't need imksushi or lootbags, it becomes super boring.
