Aglets?

I've spend a good 6 hours searching for aglets on my modded survival (calamity), but i haven't found a single one. So far i have made just 2 worlds. Any help? (i've searched all surface chests)

EDIT: I tried the calamity aglet recipe and it didn't come up. Is there a second mod i'm missing or has it just been removed?

Look above the surface level (look for small pocket caves that are not connected to anything else if you've already explored all the natural caves, get a depth meter to determine what is underground and what isn't) or look for jungle shrines in the underground jungle. It's not even guaranteed that every world will have one. Another way is to fish for crates; they have the chance of containing an aglet.

I'm pretty sure Calamity makes it so you can craft them. CAn't remember for certain though, since it's been a while since I've played Calamity. But you can fish for them regardless.

u need iron bars and you can craft aglet ar anvil
