Transfering modded items across worlds
So I am using a couple mods including the Disarray mod which has an item that makes the game a lot harder. That item was somehow activated without me using it, not sure how but the game is basically unplayable now so I decided to make a new world but I have about 1800 items in my storage (most of it comes from mods) and I have no idea if it's possible to transfer it.
I have tried to use TEdit but that wont copy modded items from chests

You best bet is just to do it manually.
There is a feature in the Cheat Sheet mod that allows copy+pasting, but I don't know if it works across worlds or with modded items in chests.

I tried the cheat sheet and it works across worlds but doesnt copy chests so unfortunately it seems like manually is the only way to do it

You COULD try not transferring altogether.

try disabling the Dissaray mod, then reactivating it. I'm pretty sure it should disable the new gamemode until you use the item again, but don't quote me on that.

If it doesn't work you can just disable the mod altogether. you'll lose all of the Dissaray-related content, but unless you like completely filling your safe, forge, and pig to carry all of those Items over to a new world, you're out of options.

I already tried disabling but it doesnt do anything and I already made a new world, it might take a while but I would rather take all my items manually :P

Interesting... Shouldn't all content from a certain mod be removed when said mod is disabled?

How odd.

And even more so, extremely illogical.

Well, the content itself will be unavailable of use but they don't necessarily get removed straight away.
Instead, they will appear as not loaded, either as an item in the inventory, as a white block in the terrain etc.

That is very likely to prevent accidental loss of certain items from disabling the wrong mods.

I meant to say that no modded content should be active or usable if the mod is disabled.

It's very strange if a mod continues to assert its properties on gameplay after the mod has been disabled, which to my knowledge, is what is happening here

It is weird but it seems the mod altered the mob hp permanently for the world even if the mod itself isnt active
