You need a Suspicious Looking Eye to summon it manually, either crafted with 6 Lens on a Demon Altar or found in chests.

Alternatively, it has a 1/3 chance to spawn each night if you have atleast 200 Life and more than 10 Defense and 3 Town NPCs are current.

u use a suspicious looking eye at night, or if u have alteast 200 hp 10 defense and 3 npcs, it can say at the start of a night 'you feel a evil presence watching you....' then about a min later he spawns. good luck.

Easy thing, You need to get 6 lenses, Go to a demon altar in the corruption or crimson, Craft the lenses into a suspicious looking eye.
Wait until night time, then use the suspicious looking eye.

Even a five year old can do it.
