How do I Make the UI bigger?

Press the key "esc" or whatever key you have to open the inventory, in the right side there will be plenty options and below the option of "zoom" it´s the option for "UI Scale" or something like that, the default is 100% and you can change it up to 200%

Click Settings, then General. UI Scale should be there. Edit: Ninja'd.

Thats because there is no UI to adjust in the main menu. You have to enter a world to adjust your UI.
