You can't actually find them; You make them. So it's totally up to you whether you get offended by obtain them or not.

Why in the would it be a bad influence? In games, gender is literally a boolean to toggle - changes nothing but a few pixels and a voice. A potion to swap it for you reiterates this fact.
Personally I think that's a pretty healthy way to think of gender in real life, really, but the bowels of the internet is probably not the place for an intelligent discussion on the matter.
