HRT doesn't change a persons Gender. All that does is introduce a set of hormones into a persons body in much larger quantities than should be there. A male and a woman have different hormone receptors designed for specific quantities of whatever hormone belongs in their physiology. Example: Testosterone in Men and Estrogen in women. Introducing the hormones of the opposite gender in larger quantities has adverse effects on the person, both mentally and physically.

You can get sex change surgery all you want, you can take whatever hormones you want, you can dress however you want and you can call yourself whatever you want, but you cannot change your physiology no matter how hard you try. There are only 2 genders and you will always be whatever gender you formed as in the womb.
