I found this build that I wanted to replicate as a challenge in my world. Problem is I'm missing a placeable item.

If anyone needs a picture to see what it is lemme know. All I know is it looks like a blue bottle-like vase. And no it's not a mana potion.

you should provide a picture in the first place...
theres quite alot of thing in terraria that have a blue hue, and have a...."bottle-like" shape...

By your description, it is possibly a bottle or a vase painted blue. I am not sure what type of blue, that you might have to do on your own.
