How do i set a spawn location?
I just built a huge house on the edge of the map and i got a magic mirror but it teleports me to the middle of the map where i started the game all together, how do i set it so that the mirror teleports me to my home instead of the middle of the map?

You need a bed. Beds are made at sawmills - which take iron, wood and chain.
If you place a bed in a house and right click it, it'll set your spawn point there. Right clicking it again will remove spawn, so you can quickly return to the center of the map if need be.
