Hot damn thats a lot more mods than I thought I had, oh well. It didnt crash before Overhaul, I think its just too much for it :(
Having lots of fun. Starting to think overhaul isnt even worth it anymore.
I would reinstall everything, if I were you. Delete all mods from your mods-folder, and download them again. Download Terraria again from Steam. And download the newest modloader.
it worked for me and i got an extra 20 fps
