500 Health but no life fruit

So I logged on today and somehow have 500 health with green hearts... but I didnt use any life fruit, my world isn't even in harmode yet?? What has happened?

the only thing i know that turns your hearts green is the miracle fruit in calamity mod

sorry, yellow... im colour blind and idk it seems to be like I used life fruit even though I don't have access to any life fruit. I also don't have the calamity mod and they were just there when i logged on today and they weren't there before

use life fruits you max life is now 600
