underworld spawn rates (expert mode)

i dont know if its just me but she spawn rates of enemy in the underworld is insane whats has that always been like that? (expert mode)
and i know you use a peace candle but still

it never changed, just the enemies attack you and are not neutral unlike slimes that just hop around untill you attack them

etc
use a peace candle+a calming potion

what?? your answer makes no sense
yes you can use peace candle and calming potions to decrease spawn rates but the overall spawn rate is the exact same, using the items would decrease it the same rate where ever you are
