i need help with the flying controls

so i got wings. and i cant fly with them, even when i press down space. i reset my keys, games, everything. and i still cant fly. do i need a speical item to actually help me fly or is my game just bugged and i need to restart my computer?? its making me so mad and i cant find any info online about it

did you equip them, what kind of wings do you have?

Make sure you put it in the actual accessories slot not the vanity one, accessories in vanity slot will show up on your character but doesn't provide any benefit including flying.

yeah-- i got leaf wings but my friend gave me spooky. but i keep pressing space and i wont fly

That image doesn't load for me. Just put it in a slot in right column. Middle column is vanity slot.
