Server requirements.

What would be the system requirements for hosting server for let's say... 20 people? Is memory the biggest bottleneck?

Have some old parts from a previous pc, and an emtpy case that's also been lying around for a while, might be able to set something up but have never hosted a server of any kind, just wondering what would be required hardware-wise for medium size servers or even larger.

I am currently on a computer that has 4 gigs of ram, 1,40 ghz of a CPU and all are generally basic.

I can host a server with a maximum slottage up to 50-65, and i tested it with a proxy server. Terraria servers don't need a lot to run.

Cool thx, maybe I'll get something going then. Had a friend that was supposed to buy my old rig couple years back, it's got a 2500k, but I remember taking the ram out for another build, wasn't sure how much I'd need thanks.
