Altough without the Calamity mod, you'll need something like Cheat Sheet to obtain the music Boxes. AlchemistNPC adds an NPC who sells music boxes for all the mods currently installed (as long as the mod supports it), so you might try that if you aren't into using cheats.
The Shadows of Abbadon mod also has a great OST, but the music isn't a separate mod, so you'll have to put up with all of the mod's nonsense.
The Extra Calamity Music mod adds in lots of music for Vanilla circumstances, such as blizzards, the mech bosses, rain, etc, so this is probably the best option if you just want to hear some variety.
Hope I helped!
No, it does not. You can download TModLoader form Google to get mods for Terraria, and I highly recommend Calamity Mod Music and Calamity Mod Extra Music. Hope this helps!
