ik how to get it that wasnt my question... my hallow is really small and none spawn and i cba to expand it

1, expand it
2, if you're not gonna bother to do any effort just download builders workshop and get the items yourself.

If your Hallowed biome is small, then wait for it to grow. Go do other stuff while it expands.

Unicorns can still be rare in a Hallowed biome - most of what you get there are pixies and gastropods and I am kinda sick of filling my chests with pixie dust myself.

@OP: If you want, I can get you some free unicorn horns. Not right now, but if you can afford to wait for a while I can have them for you later tonight.
