How to get better weapons after the golem?

I have defeated plantera and the golem using true excalibur and megashark and then i tried to defeat the cultist but that boy wrecked me real hard lmao

well after that i decided to collect some ectoplasm and weapons in the temple, i got a sniper and some magic rods so far but i mean even with those weapons i cant deal good damage to the cultist

so for those who have more knoweledge what i have to do now to upgrade my armor and weapons?

u can kill it easy on a mine track with chlor bullet. just mine track left to right side of map u can use it for moonlord as well :) think terrablade will work as well

okay dude i will try that but for my other question about better weapons what yould i do or where i need to go to get better stuff?

Go to the Dungeon and kill stuff, see if you can get the materials for the Master Ninja Gear. I always found that it helps a good deal since it gives more mobility and a chance to just not be hit.

Other than that, your best bet is to just focus on learning the Cultist's attacks and practice dodging.

You can't get into the Temple and/or fight Golem without defeating Plantera.
You can't get Plantera buds to spawn unless all 3 mechanical bosses are defeated.

How have you not beat the twins?

Correct me if I am mistaken but I believe on some platforms other than PC you don't need to defeat all three mech bosses in order to spawn Plantera bulbs. only one of them.

Duke Fishron is an option.

Go the the underground mushroom biomes and try to find truffle worms. They're hard to catch, but as long as you're fast, you can get them. After that, go to one of the beaches and fish with the truffle worm to summon him

There's also the Martian Invasion, but that's extremely hard to consistently do, as it is a slim chance the correct enemy spawns for it.

If I were you, I would try to do a max dps ranger loadout, with all buffs / minions / and a ufo mount. A Mount is pretty essential in my opinion, or a really good arena. Good luck!

It's actually a good idea to be a summoner for that fight and focus on dodging.
