arkhalis is a chance drop meaning that you are guarenteed an enchanted sword not an arhkalis

a seed will guarantee this loot, try it yourself. 1 specific seed will always have the same loot regardless. this seed will ALWAYS have an arkahlis

Actually, no. The drop is defined when you break the Enchanted Sword decoration, not by the seed.

no its not, the shrine looks different for every sword in it. a fake one is a solid orangy. an echanted sword looks like an enchanted sword in a pile of rocksand same with the arkahlis. no what your talking about before commenting. i use tedit. i know my stuff. look at an image yourself

People already tried it. They backed worlds up then broke a shrine, then repeated. There was never a guaranteed Arkhalis or Enchanted Sword.

It's decided upon the decoration being broken, not upon world generation.

I do know what I'm talking about, it's pretty rude to assume I don't.

PS: The wiki says that as well https://terraria.gamepedia.com/Arkhalis .
"The sword that the item gives is determined at the time the background object is broken, so there is no way to determine which sword the player will be given."

How can you use a specific seed?

I started with the console version, so I only just found out it was possible to pick between corruption and crimson. :P

open File>My Documents>My Games>Terraria And Open Confid.json with notepad. Find "UseExperimentalFeatures": false, and change it to true. then save. make a new world and you will be promptet and option to enter a seed ;)
The loot you get from breaking an enchanted sword shrine is calculated by the game after breaking the shrine, so there's no way to guarantee an arkhalis.

Most of the things on that list are nothing special, as in every world has them.
30 chests in the entirety of the underground is nothing.
