Is this Tome of Infinite Wisdom any good?

Title. I got it from a big ogre during the Old One's Army event. I've played around with it a little and it seems pretty good. I'm just not sure if it's worthwile to reforge or not.

The ones I use mostly are the Unholy Trident, Spirit Flame and Toxic Flask.

The Tome's Tornado attack (the right-click one, not the left-click one where it just fires a few pages) is somewhat adequate against large groups. But the Unholy Trident is way better for that... unless you can't manage to line up enemies properly or something.

Against single targets the Spirit Flame is immensely better than both of the Tome's attacks.

Okay thanks, I think I'll just give it a moderate reforge and use it as a side weapon or something. It's pretty fun to use anyway.
