A simple fix for Traveling Merchant:

Make it so at least ONE weapon and ONE accessory is available every time. I started a new file, and now I'm almost ready to beat the moonlord and I STILL DON'T HAVE THE PULSE BOW OR THE PORTABLE CEMENT MIXER! Every time I see him it's just garbage costumes/decorations and tools I already have...I didn't even see the gatligator until after I already got the megashark.

Ayy just some bad rng son, one of the features of the weapons is that they are rare. If they cut down on the rarity the weapons might not be as balanced anymore. :p

But they already aren't balanced! By the time I can get one, they're usually totally useless! Even now, I doubt the pulse bow is any use now that I have the Phantasm.

Why not just balance them by price? Make the good weapons more expensive to justify the damage, not this waiting around crap. It's bad enough that I never got an uzi...
