When will the 1.3 update arrive on the 3ds version of terraria?

3DS does not have enough RAM (200-500MB I think) to carry the update and it's features. So 1.3 for the 3DS will not be made.

But the new 3ds xl is better than a normal 3ds.
The new one can maintain the ram to carry it right? Meaby its not possible but... Meaby

Its just unfair. I am like. Already in the end game. Almost have all rare items ( i dont have the nymph banner yet )
Now i just have to bore myself into it

Super hard to install mods on a new 3ds xl.
Powersave wont work on terraria somehow..

(Powersave is a cheating device for ds / 3ds game cartridges)
