So i've decided i'd like to get the Money Trough, blood moons somehow still have never occurred in my world, im 400hp, statues have "reduced item drops" and no drops from traps, which is fine, im patient enough to swing masamune for days... but can anyone confirm it does in fact drop from either melee, or summoner mobs killing statue-spawn mobs

on a blood moon, the drop chance is 1%, from a statue however, it is 0.01, you are using a statue, so the chances of getting one are very slim, i suggest doing a afk farm

I can confirm that these damage types will get drops: Meele, throwing, ranged, summons, magic and explosives.

Not sure but I think lava also make the enemies drop items.

a very thin layer, i believe one buket over a 7 block wide gap will damage you and not destroy items
