Crystal bullet or Chloro?

The crystal bullet reportedly deals 60% base damage with it's shards and I believe on average it's 3/4 shards, which means you'll be dealing more base damage than a chloro bullet so long as at least a single shard hits.

The only benefit from chloro is homing rounds which for a slow weapon like the sniper rifle is unappealing compared to better damage.

Homing bullets lets you focus on dodging rather than aiming. That can easily compensate for whatever damage you think you are losing. For a slow weapon like the sniper rifle a miss hurts more, so having it homing can still be preferable.

Anything but players use chloros else crystal

If you are a Eazy Mode person you use homing bullets. If you want to be doing damage Crystal is the best

Me and my friend were arguing about it and most people suggest Chloro for lategame on the forums. If I were to use a late game shotgun it'd probably be even more appropriate since aim is more or less unecessary.
