[Spitz the Sheikah]

So ... yeah I basically just started on it, so I'm just offering sign-ups early on for it, and also if anyone wants to help, I'd appreciate that too :)
Rules are simple and typical for rpg worlds, no destruction, no messing up stuff, you know general not jerky behaviour, have fun and roleplay and all, and also there are character limitations that I'll go over:

The Gem Homeland, a region occupied by a species of humanoid known as gems, they are a proud immortal race of creatures that protect the Gem Hearts from the Lunarians, an alien race from the sky island realms that seeks to harvest gems, especially the Gem Hearts, for their own benefits. In gem villages scattered throughout the land the gems protect the hearts from attacks, and steal them back from the sky islands if neccesary, to ensure their safety. (And yes, this is loosely based on the anime Land of the Lustrous)

For characters, bio should be this:

Name: (only gem names, and gems that actually exist! Emerald, Hessonite, Onyx, etc)

Nickname: (for longer gem names, such as Alexandrite shortens to Alex or Lexi)

Age: (they are immortal, but don't make older than say 1000 years)

Side: (Gem or Lunarian, Lunarians are also gems FYI just selfish and the opposite of good gems)

Job: (one of listed below):
Warrior-faces off against Lunarians often and other monsters, also does quest work
Defender-mainly protect villages and act as guardians of Heart Shrines
Scout-messengers and spies that keep tabs on Lunarian movements
Coordinator-act as leaders and faction advisors, dont all of you try to be this
Average-common workers and civilian gems that do menial tasks and village jobs(they dont just run a shop they can also fight the business is more of a bonus)
Extra-For those not listed that you can think up for a main class

Bio: (be descriptive!)

Gear: (one staff and grappling hook (in that gem's closest color match) one weapon and vanity is excepted as well as one accessory but I will go over this shortly)

For gear, there is a special circumstance. So vanity allowed yes, (as long as it matches character color) and yeah, for the gems, say you make a character named Ruby, that character must have hair, skin, eyes, and clothes in red like a ruby's color. You may need dyes if you get vanity. Also you will have to gear your new character beforehand, losing all basic items and giving them the right color staff, and here is where it gets complicated:
You can decide how much health or mana they have, from y'know the starter 100 and 20 to the full 400 and 100(or was that 200 idk) but the catch is you can bring and accessory and one other weapon, but if you have max everything then that weapon cannot exceed 30 attack, but if say you had a character with no stat boosts, you could have a weapon that does up to 60 damage, or two different weapons of weaker standpoint! Basically find balance so they aren't like hardcore pro, 30 attack if max health and mana, 60 attack or two weapons if no boosts, you probably are confused but you'll get it after reading this a second time, just make balanced in between these two things. ok, 1, yes Steven Universe is a great show and Lapis has definitely gone through some deep stuff in it, by far one of the most serious characters, but 2, THIS IS BASED ON LAND OF THE LUSTROUS! WHILE THERE IS A SIMILARITY IN FANBASE, AND EVEN ON THE BACK OF THE MANGA VERSION IT SAYS "A great read for the fans of Steven Universe!", THIS IS LAND OF THE LUSTROUS IF ANYTHING! SHEESH! (also for those who care, which is none of you, last episode of LOTL was amazing, it looked like something out of Shadow of the Colossus or the Last Guardian, and involved this giant monster that looked somewhere in between a hindu deity and ganondorf if ganondorf were yellowish white
