Buiding the Best House with HERO'S mod and cheat sheet mod

i jsut want to find someone to build houses with as well as become friends build. I am good at decorations inside of the house when making it but not the outside so i want to build the best house with someone and make it look great. The reason we will use these mods is so that we dont have a limit to the materials. I want this to be more than a one day project.
