So apparently my world doesn't have any life fruits

Life fruits are only after 1 mech bosses(but 2 and 3 one increase the rate of life fruit)

Delete your world and reinstall a backup

Clear out an area and make a farm with mud blocks then use jungle grass seeds on the mud blocks.

Life Fruits and Plantera's Bulbs don't just instantly spawn in a large amount right after beating one (for Life Fruits) or all (for Plantera's Bulbs) Mechanical Bosses, unlike the large areas of Hallow and Crimson/Corruption that appear right after defeating the Wall of Flesh; beating a Mechanical Boss just enables them to start spawning over time in the underground Jungle.

have you looked through all of the underground jungle, cause i believe until you beat plantera only 1 bulb is there. Until you defeat the boss it will spawn multiple afterwards, if you loose it will spawn one randomly in the jungle. the life fruits, i have no clue for. just make a big giant flat plain in the underground jungle. and who knows your bulb probably didnt spawn yet *which is unlikely cause it should spawn as soon as you kill the third and final mech boss" so... just a suggestion

That is untrue. Multiple Bulbs can be in a world at a time, as long as all Mechanical Bosses have been defeated. However, there is a restriction where one can't spawn in a certain area around any other Bulb.
