Weapons that pierce through walls?

Is there a weapon that pierces through walls, whether, melee, magic, ranged, that goes less than the death sickle?

I'm trying to farm monster drops, it's a full moon, but my death sickle goes too far, and hits enemies I'd prefer it didn't hit until it becomes trapped. So I'm looking for weapon that can pierce blocks, but not go too far, like at most 6 blocks from the player.

Anything that I could easily get (not like 1/2500 chance of getting), maybe a boss drop pre-lunatic cultist, such as anything prior to the Golem or even Golem himself, if he was anything.

I love the death sickle, it's just has a longer reach than I would like for the monster farming I'm doing.

you could install traps from the lizahrd (did I spell that right?) biome. you could also put a little pool of honey and sit in it to make the enemies come after you, also with a blue candle thingy.

the msuhroom spear here is a quote from the wiki "the Mushroom Spear can be used to attack enemies through walls without consuming any mana or ammo and without cooldown"

The Etherian sentries, perhaps. Otherwise, the Vilethorn and its variants, though they are rather weak. Minions might also work.
