How do i get blighted lenses

i can seem to find the calamity and blighted eyes from the calamity mod in the night, do i need to kill a boss? i have killed all mech

Blighted Eyes should be spawning at night. Try making and using a Battle/Zerg Potion and see if that helps. Zerg Potions are made with Demonic Bone Ash and Blighted Gel (I think), along with either a Water Bottle or Battle Potion.
