If you were able to free her, she'll respawn in a house like any other NPC.

If you didn't, she'll spawn again in any spider biome.

NPCs only respawn during the day and when there is a vacant house for them to stay in.

I'm not new to the game...I'm aware. I have a vacant house, with walls, light, a table and a chair.
