Why can't I craft Celestial Sigil?

I have all required materials and have already killed the moon lord and every major boss except fishron. Do I need to kill fishron in order to be able to craft this item because as far as I've read all that was required is Golem. (I have more than enough of each material as terraria wiki says it only requires 20 of each lunar fragment)

i havent killed duke yet, and i just took 20 of each fragment and went to the ancient minupulator and i god a celestial sigil

What's at the bottom of the crafting menu? (the sigil should be at the bottom)

Nothing unfortunately, it cuts off after stardust weapons :/

Validate your game files in steam maybe.

Are any of the pillars alive? They may be the reason.

They're all down, I attempted it after killing moon lord. And okay I will try to validate them

I don't know then. Try relogging and if that dosen't work you may have yourself a bug.
